First training day for 2015 at Red Dragon

Deciding to get another taekwondo center to co-train Ahren is a big gamble, not to mention the additional fees that it would entail, but so far we are impressed with their training style. Praying that Ahren's training goal for this year will surpass all expectations.

Hello 2015

One of  my many resolutions for this new year is to resurrect this site so I can regularly document Ahren's development and achievements.

Today, we went to our favorite hangout, Evia. I bought him a Geronimo Stilton book and had ice cream in Coldstone. While there, he started reading his new book.

Got a perfect score in Filipino.  Actually, he is really doing well in the subject considering he started only learning the language at the of the school year. Yey! 

The busy toddler is six

                           

We had a simple celebration at home. I channeled the Jake and the Neverland pirate theme here.

                          

His Dad got him a new bike from Orbea.  It's from their Grow 2 ( kids series) collection. It's slightly expensive for a kiddie bike, I mean, it will set you back $ 300 minimum for a basic set-up. But wait, this bike can literally grow with your child. 

                                            

                                                     

            And, Ahren loved it, so I guess the price tag was worth it.
